How to use break & explode command.

AUTOCAD COURSE

In this post, I will tell you about doing a break and explode command.

How to use break command.

I'll tell you about the AutoCAD break command. You can find break tools in the expanded panel. You can break any item into different parts. So in that case, we have this line, which is completely the same. As you can see, when I scratch my cursor over these things, the whole line is selected. Now, suppose we want to break it into a different part from its midpoint. To do this, I will select the object and now define the breakpoint as described in the command line.

I will select somewhere around this as the first point and now I will select the second point here. And now you can see that the line is split in two. Its command is BR.

How you can use the explode command. This command is very easy to use but we use it often. Now I'm at the home ribbon and I can get the command to explode on the edit panel. Well, it looks like a small box. This is just below the eraser command where you see this pencil. Like anything in AutoCAD, there are many ways you can do this. You can type X to start the exploding command. You can also go to the modified pull-down. This is a command that explodes all the way here. This is a rectangle that is the largest polyline. And then I created a random shape that's a polyline here. So just a random shape. And the decree is the one who works. So the thing is that this box is of four individual lines but they are joined together as a polyline. So when I do explosive commands, I'm going to take things. I don't know if I've made a selection, so I press Enter to tell AutoCAD that I've made a selection. These four lines are no longer polylines. They have become separate.
